1. Applicability
This policy applies to Fleet Metrix software services and is intended to be read together with the customer's signed commercial agreement, Order Form or Statement of Work.
2. Demo & Enquiry
Product demonstrations and business enquiries are generally provided without a charge unless a separate written arrangement applies.
3. Subscription & Implementation
Any setup, implementation, subscription or other fees will be governed by the agreed quotation and commercial contract. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to the designated Fleet Metrix contact.
4. Cancellation by Customer
Where the contract permits cancellation, the customer must provide notice in accordance with the applicable notice period. Amounts already due for services delivered, implementation completed, committed resources or other agreed charges may remain payable as specified in the contract.
5. Refunds
Any refund, credit or adjustment will be handled according to the applicable commercial agreement. Fees for completed services, consumed subscription periods or non-refundable items will generally not be refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Suspension or Termination
Fleet Metrix may suspend or terminate access where permitted under the applicable agreement, including for material breach, security concerns or non-payment, subject to the contractual terms.
