1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Fleet Metrix website, software platform and related services. By accessing or using the services, an authorized customer or user agrees to comply with these terms and the applicable commercial agreement.
2. Fleet Metrix Services
Fleet Metrix provides technology for employee transportation management, including administration, routing, scheduling, trip management, tracking, communication, safety workflows, reporting and related functionality, depending on the subscribed configuration.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and maintain appropriate user access controls.
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify the service provider of suspected unauthorized access.
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable policies.
- Ensure that data submitted to the platform may lawfully be processed for the intended purpose.
4. Customer Data
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriate use of information submitted to Fleet Metrix. The parties' commercial agreement may contain additional provisions concerning ownership, processing, confidentiality, security and retention.
5. Intellectual Property
Fleet Metrix software, branding, designs, documentation and underlying technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Availability and Changes
We may improve, update or modify features from time to time. Planned maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
7. Limitation
Fleet Metrix is a technology platform and does not itself replace the customer's operational, statutory, safety or transportation responsibilities. Specific liability, warranties and service levels should be governed by the applicable executed commercial agreement.
